There are so many great options for educators. Thank you for naming so many of them. As someone who loves to write, I also suggest that interested teachers find ways to share their hard work in the classroom (writing articles, becoming a presenter, writing a book) It's another way to lead in education.

This is awesome! I just finished up (my second) Masters degree except this one is in Educational Leadership. But the thought of being in admin is not a meal I want to eat. But thinking about the other options you laid out here have got my wheels turning. We need to keep that fire for learning, growing, and preparing the next generation of teachers lit.

Love all these ideas!

Some great suggestions. I have to admit that trying to get into higher ed as an adjunct is much harder than I thought it would be! I fear that most universities and colleges operate like their own ecosystem and it takes some connections to get into the system.

So many great options. I looked into adjunct/summer school teaching but wasn't really ready to commit bc I have 3 young kids, but I've never thought about reaching out to a professor to partner up in a more limited way.
